   • Automated recruiting workflows with n8n, including AI phone pre-screening that calls new candidates within minutes and evaluates about 1,900 calls a month
   • Use GPT to write client introduction emails from recruiter notes, about 300 a month, saved as drafts until a person approves them
   • Lead developer of the in-house CRM platform since 03/2026: 54 users, HubSpot already replaced
   • Shipped ATS and CRM integrations over REST and webhooks with OAuth2 and JWT, including Personio, HubSpot and RecruitCRM
   • Ran delivery on GitHub and Vercel, with audit logging and automated error triage
   • Set LLM guardrails covering PII and GDPR, evaluation tests, audit and RBAC, plus ROI tracking on time-to-hire and SLA

   • Architected a microservices platform with Spring Boot, Angular and REST APIs
   • Implemented the full DevOps pipeline with Docker and CI/CD

  Website and booking system for a valet parking service at Frankfurt Airport, built with Spring Boot and Angular, plus AI-supported SEO automation with n8n: organic traffic rose 35 percent in the three months after it started.

• LLM unit test automation

  Java, Maven, ChatGPT, JaCoCo, Spring Boot

  Master thesis. A Maven plugin that generates unit tests for Spring Boot projects, pairing an LLM with JaCoCo coverage analysis. Test coverage rose from 9 to 42 percent and writing effort fell from 1,440 to 30 minutes per project.
